The association manages and rents out 46 apartments. These vary from one 1-room apartment to numerous 5-room apartments. The layout for most of the houses has been designed by current residents and in conversation with the architect. As a result, identical units are never quite identical. Each apartment comes with its own front door, storage room, mailbox, bathroom (toilet/shower), control cabinet, and kitchen. Each individual who is part of our association contributes, in their own way, with their knowledge and skills (DJing, baking cakes, carpentry, barking, telling jokes, lighting fires, writing, throwing parties... etc!)
